Use the tool thoughtfully.
CompressOrDie is provided as a free utility for preparing image files. You are responsible for keeping original files and checking downloaded results before using them.
Your files and results
Compression can change file size, dimensions, metadata, format, and visual quality. Review the comparison and keep an original copy when the source matters.
Availability
The tool is provided as-is and may change as browser support, codecs, and the product evolve. Do not rely on it as the only copy of an important image.
